Event Details

Owls Night Out is a wonderful annual celebration that brings our community together for a fun and festive evening! This year, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are holding the event virtually. Join us for a special cooking class, featuring food and instruction by renowned chef Tom Douglas. We are looking forward to sharing an evening of fun and no fundraising with our community!

All current parents, faculty, staff, alumni, alumni parents, and friends of Overlake are invited to come celebrate and support Virtual Owls Night Out. New families are also welcome to join!

Yes, RSVPs are due by Monday, March 15.

No, not this year. We hope you will consider supporting our Doors to Discovery capital campaign instead, and are also grateful for our community’s support of our 2020-21 Overlake Fund and Senior Class Legacy Fund during the fall!

Yes! This year we are excited to offer three exciting Owls Night In – Special Edition events. View and register for events

Please note that no refunds will be available for these Community Building Events so that we may cover our costs. Please make every effort to attend these special opportunities if you sign up. Thank you!

If the cost of attending Owls Night In - Special Edition Events is prohibitive, please email Brisen Brady so that we may provide financial assistance. We hope that as many families as possible are able to join in this special experience.

Yes, you can sponsor a faculty/staff dinner kit on the final page of the registration form. Thank you for your interest in helping to make this special event accessible and inclusive for our entire community.

We are also currently soliciting businesses that would like to sponsor our event. If you know of a company that might be interested, please forward them the sponsorship information.

You are also welcome to make an additional, optional donation during the registration process. Every donation and sponsorship is a huge help for underwriting the event (we still incur the costs of hiring the production company, even though the event is virtual).

If you cancel by March 15, you are eligible for a refund for tickets purchased – you can also choose to donate your tickets back to the school and help cover the costs of the dinner kits for a faculty or staff member. Cancellations after March 15 are non-refundable.
