Bus Tracker & Late Bus Notification

As we enter Overlake Combined, our hybrid learning model, the Transportation Department will be offering service with health and safety protocols in accordance with the CDC and state COVID-19 guidelines for school transportation.

Transportation is pleased to announce we're now using BusWhere, a secure, GPS-based, bus-tracking application, for our Overlake families.

Features

BusWhere gives families

  • A real-time, interactive map that displays the bus location for the Morning, Afternoon, and Activity routes
  • Access via phone or PC
  • The bus's estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each stop on the route
  • Delay texts, if an arrival delay of more than 10 minutes is imminent. The Director of Transportation will be able to send text alerts by route, or even for specific stops

Cost

There is no charge to our families for this program.

To Sign Up

Families must email the Director of Transportation to request the service. Please provide the route that your student(s) will be using. The Director will then send a registration invitation with the BusWhere link to download.
