Donations, Sponsorship, & Payment

Yes! This year there will be a one-time opportunity to participate in the Matt Horvat Scholarship Endowment Fund at Owls Night Out. This special Fund is a way to recognize and thank our Head Owl Matt for all that he has done for Overlake and our Owls during his 11 years as Head of School. Matt is especially passionate about financial aid and ensuring that Overlake continues to strengthen its commitment to accessibility and inclusivity for the next 55+ years and beyond. If you have any questions about endowment funds or this special effort, please contact Director of Development Brisen Brady at bbrady@overlake.org.

Yes, you can sponsor a faculty/staff ticket using the donation field on the final page of the registration form. Thank you for your interest in ensuring that our teachers and staff can also participate in Owls Night Out!

We are also currently soliciting businesses that would like to sponsor our event. If you know of a company that might be interested, please direct them to learn more about our sponsorship opportunities or contact McKenna Quick at mcquick@overlake.org.

You are also welcome to make an additional, optional donation during the registration process. Every donation and sponsorship helps in underwriting the costs of this event.

Yes! This year we are excited to offer a variety of exciting Owls Night In events. Sign ups launch at Owls Night Out, so arrive early to guarantee your spot. Please note that no refunds will be available for these Owls Night in events so that we may cover our costs. Please make every effort to attend these special opportunities if you sign up. Thank you!

If you cancel by February 24, you are eligible for a full refund for tickets purchased – you can also choose to donate your tickets back to the school and help cover the costs for a faculty or staff member. Cancellations after February 24 are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

If the cost of attending Owls Night Out or Owls Night In community building events is prohibitive, please email Director of Development Brisen Brady at bbrady@overlake.org so that we may provide financial assistance. We hope that as many guests as possible are able to join in this special experience.
