This trip will explore a scenic area near Snoqualmie Pass and will give an introduction to snowshoeing as well as a chance to do some animal tracking. The students will learn how to make adjustments to their shoes as well as the basic techniques of snowshoeing. They will also learn some basic avalanche awareness. Snowshoes will be provided. No experience is necessary.

Destination: We will head to an area near Snoqualmie Pass. Exact location will be determined at a later date.

Everyone will need to print out, sign, and bring the Permission Form the first day
