Middle School Bookfair 2022
The in-school Middle School Bookfair this year was a great success! The books were set up in the Library's instructional space (thanks to Becca Flora for the crates!), and were organized by genre for easy browsing. Students came in with their English classes, and could also come during break, lunch, and after school on Monday. Profits from the fair will benefit our school in Cambodia, or the Summerlink program at Overlake.
Many thanks go to the teachers who made time to bring their students, the many parent volunteers who helped with set up, staffing the fair, and pack up, librarian Kelly Vikstrom-Hoyt who set up the check out system, Andrea McCandlish and Kelly for handling the library while I was at the fair, and Third Place Books, which provided the books for the fair.
