Help us bring out the brilliance in every changemaker.
Whether you're leading classroom discussions or keeping our systems going behind the scenes, you’re helping our students get the best education and experience they can attain at Overlake. Just as every student here is valued, so is every role.
We're a community built on sincerity and shared wonder. You'll work alongside colleagues who value your voice and cheer your growth. We tackle challenges together, celebrate wins as a team, and constantly ask "what if…?"
At Overlake, every career role is directly or indirectly tethered to our students, which is why we consider all of our team members to be educators. This is a place where your journey matters just as much as the journeys you help shape for our students.

Here at Overlake, we don't just give lip service to diversity—we live it. We're building a community where you'll feel seen, heard, and valued from day one. Our allegiance to inclusive excellence goes beyond putting a phrase on a poster; it's in how we greet each other in the hallways, collaborate on projects, and show up when someone needs support.
We're eager to welcome you—with all your unique experiences, perspectives, and talents. Because if we've learned one thing over the years, it’s this: the more diverse our flock, the higher we all fly.
Whether you're teaching about an innovative technology, prepping meals for our owls, or writing messages for our community, you'll find a place that celebrates not just your professional skills, but all of who you are.
Join our community.
The Overlake Way is to welcome you just as you are. We’ve proven that our community soars when it includes voices from all walks of life. That's why we never let differences in race, religion, background, socio-economics, gender, sexual orientation, or ability stand in the way of joining our flock.
