Bookfair 2025 Update!

The Middle School Bookfair 2025 is coming up October 20 and 22 (Monday/Wednesday) in the Campus Center Board Room! Setup will take place the Friday beforehand. For the first time ever, Scholastic will provide the books. As usual, students will visit the fair with their English classes, may purchase books on their student accounts, and profits will benefit Overlake's financial aid program. Of course, students are never required to purchase books, and parents/guardians should discuss with their students about how much, if anything, they may spend at the fair.

There are a few changes this year in how we will run the fair.

• To ease pressure on the Business Office, students may purchase up to three books at the in-person bookfair.
• Students are free to browse at lunch and break, but may only purchase books during their scheduled class.
• If students (or parents) wish to purchase additional books, or if the book the student wanted is not available when their class visits, Scholastic offers a two-week online component to the bookfair. Purchases made through the online fair will still benefit our financial aid program!
