Accessing Vidigami
Is there any better way to capture the beauty of this campus than through photos and videos? Earlier this week families received an email invitation to join Vidigami, Overlake's media sharing platform. If you are already a member from previous school years - you automatically have access this year. Check below for some commonly asked questions and start sharing and viewing photos throughout the year.
You can access Vidigami at https://www.vidigami.com/, but you will need an active account to view Overlake's photos. If you are a current family member or current employee, login with your Owl ID as you have before.
New families, and current families who have not previously activated their accounts, received an e-mail with an account activation link this week. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact the Communications Department.

Select Explore on the homepage, navigate to the page you would like to view. Some common examples are grade level pages or annual events.

Select the page you would like to view, then select the album tab and view or upload to whichever album you would like. .jpeg)
If you do not see an appropriate album, email us and we will create one.
To download photos, navigate to an album and select the photo you would like to download and select the download button to download an individual photo.
To select multiple photos, hover over the top left corner of any photo to reveal the checkbox, then click on the checkbox to select the image. Select the check mark of all photos you would like to download. To select multiple adjacent photos, click on the first photo, hold down shift, and drag through the last photo you want to select. Then click on that photo. All photos will be selected. After all photos are selected, click the download button at the top of the screen.
Vidigami is for all current Overlake faculty, staff, students, and parents or guardians. Participation in Vidigami is through invitation only each new user will receive an email invitation. Each Vidigami community is a private and secure network, participation requires authentication from Vidigami and Overlake.
Yes! Simply search Vidigami in your app store and download the app. You can upload and download media directly from the app to your phone.
