Construction Nuts and Bolts

construction nuts and bolts

Please allow yourself extra time to drive onto campus as we have an active construction site. Please be on the lookout for students walking, as well as construction workers moving about.

The first big change you will notice is the big hole in the ground to the left of the roadway as you enter the main campus. This is a storm water runoff vault that is required by the county with the construction of the new Math & Sciences Center. Once the vault is complete, dirt will cover up the hole and construction vehicles will use that area to park over the vault during the project. Once the project is complete, the area will be returned to its natural state with blackberry bushes and other ground covering.

The area where senior parking used to be is now being used for visitor and faculty/staff parking. All students are required to park in the lower lot located along the roadway as you make your way up the hill to campus.

The ground floor portables are where the fifth graders will have their classes. Families may drop their fifth-grade students near these portables, which are adjacent to the Administration office. On the first day of classes, extra faculty will be on hand to assist. The portable located on the second floor is where some Upper School students will have math and science classes.
