Virtual Chocolate Testing with Theo Chocolate - Wednesday, February 10, 5pm
Join a Theo Chocolate expert – live from their chocolate factory in Seattle! – for this delicious virtual chocolate class! The hour-long class will include a behind-the-scenes view of their factory to see firsthand how they craft their organic, fair trade chocolate from scratch. Thereafter they will take you on an extensive chocolate tasting that will change the way you eat chocolate (and maybe introduce you to a new favorite treat!). This class is interactive, so you'll be able to ask questions, share your tasting thoughts, and compare with others in your class.
Virtual Red and White Rhône Wine Tasting with Damsel Cellars – Thursday, April 15, 5pm
Head of School Matt Horvat will talk with Winemaker Mari Womack from the Damsel Cellars tasting room in Woodinville as she walks us through two of her selections, enlightens us about the winemaking process, and answers any questions you might have. It is sure to be a fun chance to learn about wine from a locally owned, female-led winery, and spend time together as a community! Event registration includes 2 bottles of wine: Grenache (red) and Marsanne (white) and tasting notes.
