Chopped, Baked, and Fried—A Seattle Culinary Experience!
Seattle is quickly rising as an epicurean destination, known widely for its pop up restaurants and diverse cuisine. Experience a taste of the Seattle food scene with Chopped, Baked, and Fried! Students will learn about food trends in Seattle, taste a variety of Seattle’s best restaurants, and learn to create their own masterpiece dishes. No experience is necessary, but a passion for food, cooking, and learning are essential ingredients!
Students with severe food allergies should consult with project leaders early in the selection process. We will work to accommodate as many allergies and dietary restrictions as possible, but some venues are facilities that process nuts/dairy/fish and are not "allergy free" facilities.
