Planned Giving

What legacy would you like to leave for those who come after you? Gifts that are made as part of your estate plan, which benefit you now and The Overlake School later, are known as planned gifts. Planned gifts allow you to provide future support for the school in general, or for a specific program or purpose, and can have significant tax benefits for the donor. Planned giving vehicles range from simple bequests to gift annuities, to various types of trusts, to life estate agreements or pooled income funds.

When you make a planned gift to Overlake, you join with other like-minded donors in the school’s Heritage Society, which honors those whose vision and generosity assure the school’s future success.

If you are interested in making a planned gift to the school, you or your financial advisor can contact:

“I love Overlake because the people here are always nice and very accepting. Sure, we have a great campus, but it’s the people who matter.”
