The Overlake School is committed to reducing paper waste and going green. One way you can assist us is by submitting the initial application form online. Not only does this save you $10 on the application fee, it also allows you to check the status of your application online. Most of the supplemental forms below can also be filled, saved, and emailed.

1. Apply Online

2. Download the Supplemental Forms
   The following forms are required for application. Submissions may be submitted through mail, fax, email, or in person:

3. Check your Application Status*
   Login to your Overlake account to check the status of your application:

*Please allow 10 days after the January 12 application due date before contacting the Admissions Office regarding receipt of materials. This provides our staff the necessary time to process the large volume of documents we’ve received.

Application materials may be submitted through postal service, email, or fax.
