Physical education is essential to the whole educational process. Our PE program offers a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional activities to promote the physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth of each student. The program emphasizes sequential skill building, game strategies, aerobic fitness, wellness and strength building, to encourage healthy choices now and in the future. We encourage a positive attitude toward an active and healthy lifestyle, to enrich quality of life. Classes are designed to serve all students regardless of age, gender, athletic or physical capacity, and with the expectation that all students can reach their personal potential. All activities take place in a safe, very positive, nurturing environment.
