GIVING TO OVERLAKE

As in other independent schools, Overlake students are the beneficiaries of generous donors both past and present. Overlake is a private, non-profit, federally tax-exempt organization that receives no public funding of any kind. As such, the school is dependent upon financial support from parents, faculty, alumni, grandparents and many other friends to enrich its programs and improve its facilities. For over 30 years, members of the Overlake community have stood together to build a school that prepares its students for future success. Each year, we ask all of our families to participate in the Annual Fund and the PFSA Auction. Each gift is important and no gift is too large or too small.

  • Give Online Now!
  • Unrestricted gifts of cash, securities or appreciated property give the school the ability to use the funds where they are most needed.
  • Donors can temporarily restrict their gifts of cash, securities or appreciated property for a specific purpose, program or capital project.
  • Donors can permanently restrict gifts of cash, securities or appreciated property to the school's endowment fund. Endowment funds are invested to provide income for annual operations.
  • Donors can use bequests, annuities and other types of estate planning to make a gift to the school.
  • For instructions to make a gift of securities or to discuss a planned gift contact Carol O'Donnell, Director of Development at 425-868-6191, extension 618 or codonnell@overlake.org.
